Industry Director

Are you a seasoned digital sales professional looking to drive growth in the Tech/Telco sector? Teads is seeking an experienced Industry Director to join our Strategic Accounts team in Germany.
This exciting opportunity will see you become a key player in shaping our strategy for the Tech/Telco sector, building on recent successes in this vertical. As an Industry Director, you will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing relationships with top Tech/Telco clients, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
You will work closely with our Agency Sales teams globally to manage high-level media agency relationships and collaborate with local sales teams to upskill them on how to grow partnerships in this sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in contributing to the senior team's development of an advertiser-first strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate and improve Teads' Tech/Telco sector growth strategy
- Establish and expand collaborative partnerships with leading Tech/Telco brands in DE, driving consistent growth across your account base
- Become the go-to expert on the Tech/Telco sector, enabling us to tailor solutions that best meet the needs of these advertisers
- Ensure Teads is top-of-mind for Tech/Telco clients and a vital component of their core media strategy
- Deliver Tech/Telco sales targets
In addition, you will:
- Drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within the Tech/Telco vertical
- Craft and deliver consultative sales presentations that leverage your in-depth industry knowledge, awareness of market trends, and Teads' comprehensive full-funnel solutions
- Contribute to the accumulation of external and internal market intelligence and insights
- Engage with industry committees and participate in conferences to stay at the forefront of industry developments and opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong understanding and background in Tech/Telco clients in DE
- Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision-makers
- Proven experience in collaborative partnership growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of online video, display, performance, and CTV
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Strong track record of results delivery and ability to convert business from other media channels
- Willingness to travel and work across different time zones
- Passionate, high energy, and enthusiasm
- A self-starter, creative, resourceful, and adaptable, able to find solutions to problems while delivering a high standard of work
