About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand customer relationships through close cooperation with our Inside Sales and Account Managers
  • Ensure the smooth processing of series orders, from delivery schedules and contracts to individual orders, while adhering to commercial and contractual framework conditions
  • Record and optimize processes from receipt to delivery in SAP ERP to ensure high-quality standards
  • Provide organizational support, including preparing visits and meetings for our account managers, in the event of fluctuations in demand and bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship, e.g., industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk
  • Strong technical understanding and sound user knowledge of SAP R/3
  • Excellent communication skills and confident manner for both external customers and internal contacts
  • Good command of English for occasional business trips
  • Proactive and systematic way of working, encouraging innovative ideas and improving existing processes
