About the Role

As a Solution Sales Partner - Bank Finance Solutions DACH, you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with DACH customers in the banking industry at C-Suite level. Your primary objective will be to increase the bottom line by strategically identifying technical challenges and proposing incremental business value within our portfolio and new clients.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business drivers and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our team of business specialists to create and close opportunities to extend our platform.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 8 years of invaluable work experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of providing innovative solutions to numerous banks.
  • Proven software sales experience, with a strong ability to overachieve targets.
  • A strong network of connections with Bank Finance executives in the banking industry in the DACH Region.
  • A consultative approach to selling, with hands-on project experience.
  • Proven skills in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on solution selling, focusing on Bank Finance Solutions.
  • The ability to effectively articulate the return on investment of your solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, enabling you to conduct business seamlessly.
