Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Manager to join our team at HJG Unternehmensberatungs GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts related to Industry 4.0 solutions, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential accounts, transforming leads into opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide expert advice on Industry 4.0 solutions, including EMM and MES, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality services that support business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a strong background in sales and a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Expertise in EMM and Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES and Digital Twin.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and manage both sales and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is required.
