Head of Global Sales for Green Hydrogen Power Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts for Green Hydrogen Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a sales organization, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong growth in orders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive growth in orders.
- Build and manage a sales organization, including coaching and developing sales teams.
- Work closely with the Head of Hydrogen and Other Verticals to develop business strategies and bring insights into customer needs and trends.
- Manage global team coordination and focus on market areas, plan sales volumes, and coordinate CRM for forecasts and planning.
- Develop strong industrial networks and relationships with end users, EPC, and electrolyser OEMs.
- Conduct sales activities in support of the strategy, investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities, and prepare and negotiate projects and proposals.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing. You should have a completed Bachelor or Master degree in electrical/automation engineering and a power system engineering background. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager towards a process industry market segment is required. Knowledge of hydrogen production with electrolyzers and the hydrogen industry and its value chain is a must. You should have excellent communication and social skills, be able to work independently and in teams, and be fluent in German and English, verbal and written. A working knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage. You must be motivated to travel frequently and have a customer-focused approach.
