Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the global Hydrogen Production portfolio development, supporting the business in the exciting and growing industry for green hydrogen production.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the yearly development activities for the Hydrogen Production portfolio, including maintenance, engineering optimization, and design to cost, within the allocated budget and agreed roadmap.
- Engage with external stakeholders and business development colleagues to understand market requirements and value creation requirements, and bring customer-side feedback to the organization in a structured manner to guide and inform decisions on product development and optimized solutions.
- Plan and implement actions to increase solution competitiveness based on scalability and modularity, with a focus on E-house for Hydrogen production power supply solutions.
- Ensure alignment of purpose for product development and upgrades with product line managers, and select key technology.
- Provide technological support for pilot project acquisition and implementation with newly developed, optimized, or enriched solutions, together with sales and local teams.
- Develop and live a Frontrunner Mindset with a Clear Head to identify and drive market trends.
- Support regional and central partners through technical advice, training, and interregional technology-based coordination.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a master's degree and/or a doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar. You should have several years of relevant professional experience with a technology provider or system integrator, with a focus on power systems and solutions design, system design, E-House conception, engineering.
You should have a good understanding or willingness to learn about energy production processes and power supply solutions, such as for water electrolysis. You should be a good team player in the areas of regional companies, product management, and technical experts, with good communication skills. Knowledge of the green hydrogen market players, structure, procedures, and challenges is an advantage.
You should be fluent in English, and German would be a large bonus.
