Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business targets and drive growth in the green hydrogen market.
- Build and manage a global sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and tools.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships with key customers and partners.
- Manage sales performance, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader with a strong track record of success in the green hydrogen market. You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles. You will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of the green hydrogen industry, including the value chain and key players.
