Global Sales Director for Green Hydrogen Solutions

At Innomotics GmbH, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales efforts for Green Hydrogen Power Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales organization, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and lead a global sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the process industry market segment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English, with proficiency in French or Spanish a plus.
