Are you passionate about helping create the future of healthcare? Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company that is shaping the future of healthcare. We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Engineer to join our global team as a Clinical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide international remote IT support for clinical imaging software to customers in the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate and organize activities with internal and external partners to ensure the maintenance of clinical operations on the customer side.
  • Share expertise with new team members and contribute to the development of competences.

Requirements:

  • A successful Master's degree in electrical engineering or (business) informatics.
  • Initial experience in customer IT support, ideally with imaging equipment and clinical software and workflows.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or IT specialist with several years of relevant professional experience in IT.
  • Initial experience with virtualized IT systems, scripting, and server hardware.
  • Experience in implementing interfaces for third-party applications, preferably in a clinical environment.
