Turbit Systems GmbH is a leading provider of AI services for renewable energy assets. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing faults, failures, and anomalies detected by our state-of-the-art Turbit AI monitoring system. They will analyze the events, prepare a technical summary, and discuss it with our customers. Additionally, they will manage and document the process, communicate with customers regularly, and assist, support, and manage them to maximize their benefits from Turbit.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in mechanical engineering or a related field. You should be a recent graduate of an engineering degree, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related. You will also need to be fluent in written and spoken German and English, as our customers speak mostly German and English. Furthermore, you should have a strong motivation to act independently, excellent analytical thinking skills, and the ability to find solutions in difficult situations.
