HR Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Payroll Administrator to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our Global Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth administration of our payroll and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to employees on time management and payroll-related matters
- Assist in the administration of our job bike program and job ticket, ensuring all employees benefit from these advantages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR core data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM
- Work with our digital personnel file, ensuring all documents are properly archived and easily accessible
- Completed commercial training or degree in economics or business administration
- Initial professional experience in human resources management, preferably with knowledge of payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English
- Service-oriented, precise, and responsible work style
- Flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave
- Up to 20 days of work abroad within the EU and other eligible countries
