HR Payroll Specialist

As a HR Payroll Specialist at Hannover Re, you will be responsible for carrying out the monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations, and providing information on payroll-related and time management issues to employees and managers.
Key Requirements- Several years of professional experience in human resources with a focus on income tax and social security law or payroll
- Completed commercial training or a degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Advanced knowledge of payroll-related topics, such as holidays, part-time work, maternity leave, and parental leave
- Knowledge of payroll accounting systems, ideally SAP (HCM)
- German at a business fluent level and English at a conversational level
- Service-oriented, precise, and responsible way of working, as well as strong communication and contact skills
- Flexibility: A hybrid work model with flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave
- Work Abroad: Up to 20 days a year within the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland
