Als Teil unseres jungen und dynamischen Teams bei Tinus suchen wir eine motivierte und engagierte Person, die als Assistant to the Founder VZ mitwirkt.
Aufgaben- Unterstützung in der Administration, Logistik und Planung
- Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich Marketing und Sales
- Verantwortung für Buchhaltung und Lohnabrechnung
- Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Rechercheaufgaben für wichtige Entscheidungen und Trends
- Dein Background und Erfahrung: Du hast deine Ausbildung oder dein Studium erfolgreich absolviert und relevante Erfahrung in einem Start-up gesammelt
- Innovativ und analytisch: Du findest für vielschichtige Herausforderungen kreative und schnelle Lösungsansätze und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick
- Mutig: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und freust dich darauf, dein eigenes Team anzuleiten
- Kommunikationstalent: Du hast hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Team: Du bist von Anfang an ein fester Bestandteil unseres Teams und hast deine eigenen Aufgaben
- Spirit: Du hast Raum für Eigeninitiative und selbständiges Arbeiten an Projekten
- Verantwortung: Du wachst mit uns und jeder Mitarbeiter zählt und hat die Chance, sich seine eigene Führungsposition und seinen eigenen Bereich aufzubauen
