Strategic Performance Manager

For our Performance Management Team, we are seeking a Strategic Performance Manager to drive financial targets, enhance efficiency, and improve processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in achieving financial targets, enhancing efficiency, and improving processes in major performance initiatives.
  • Drive the design, management, coordination, tracking, and communication of performance initiatives, including strategic growth initiatives, pricing strategy programs, and cost and efficiency programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
  • Utilize and shape group-wide controlling systems for executing these tasks.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles, methods, and tools.
  • Proficiency in SAP and BW is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering information confidently and clearly in front of diverse audiences.
