**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistance Trainer at Allysca. As an Assistance Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational teams by providing training and coaching services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver training programs and coaching sessions to operational teams, in collaboration with the Training and Learning team, Operations Leadership, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Create, update, and optimize training materials, including topic modules and product-specific training programs.
  • Identify training needs and develop corresponding initiatives, while contributing to the quality assurance of the Operations department and the development of the Coaching team.
  • Provide operational staff with expert support in technical areas and offer decision-making assistance in problem analysis and conflict resolution with customers/insureds, as well as active coaching at the workplace.
  • Evaluate and assess the performance of training participants in written protocols and obtain feedback protocols from training participants.

**Requirements**

  • You bring expertise in the entire Front Office, as well as in at least one Back Office area, and initial experience in conceiving and conducting training and coaching measures.
  • You convince with your didactic skills, good rhetorical abilities, and empathetic communication style.
  • High social competence, integrity, conflict, team, and organizational talent with a very structured working style are expected.
  • A strongly developed service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting with decision-making ability and self-initiative are important to us.
  • Good to very good user knowledge of the MS Office software rounds off your profile.
