About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Banking Support Professional to join our team at MY Humancapital GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer data, processing financial transactions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Accurately collect, update, and maintain customer data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including account reconciliations, payments, and deposits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, with a focus on data management and financial transactions.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data management software and financial systems.
