At NavVis, we're on a mission to empower people to build a better future. As a key member of our IT team, you'll play a crucial role in developing the IT infrastructure of our rapidly growing international market leader in spatial technologies.
YOUR ROLE
- You'll be the first point of contact for NavVis employees seeking technical assistance, utilizing our IT Service Desk platform to resolve issues efficiently.
- Take ownership of incoming requests, deploying critical IT solutions and performing day-to-day IT operations activities, including service desk support, troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Maintain PCs and peripherals, ensuring the IT Asset Management is up-to-date, and prepare hardware, software, and networking configurations for new users.
- Be deeply involved in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for PCs, mobile devices, and network devices, recording, tracking, and documenting issues in a structured manner.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- University degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- Passion for IT systems, with 1-2 years of work experience in IT support, enabling you to take ownership of key responsibilities.
- Basic networking skills and experience with JIRA Service Desk, Linux command-line, Active Directory Basic Management, and Office 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with an open mind and approachable attitude, to solve any IT-related issue.
