- Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, and equity plans.
- Oversee salary structures, pay practices, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Lead the definition and implementation of a global benefits strategy, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular market assessments and benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits offerings.
- Ensure all total rewards programs comply with global guidelines and legal regulations.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs and inform decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align total rewards strategy with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- 8+ years of experience in total rewards management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in global TR programs, including attraction and retention strategies, pay and performance cycles, executive compensation, equity, compliance, and data utilization.
- Experience in organizational design is ideal but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of global TR principles, practices, and trends, including equity.
- Agility: Operate with speed and agility, using a lean, iterative approach.

- Leadership and Communication: Inspiring leader who attracts top talent and fosters followership.
