About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our business development efforts in new markets. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies for cooperation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for cooperation projects
  • Participate in internal project meetings and external meetings with cooperation partners and suppliers
  • Evaluate market research data, products, trends, and consumer needs in new markets
  • Develop project presentations for top management
  • Organize and send sample kits from our plants and suppliers for customer line reviews
  • Take responsibility for sub-projects and work closely with internal divisions and external partners

Requirements

  • Studying Business Management or Business Administration
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Affinity for project management or prior experience
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in an international team
  • Fluent in German and English with the ability to support international meetings
