Business Development Manager

Main duties and responsibilities

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Delivering budgeted business targets
  • Meeting account-specific contractual obligations
  • Driving new business growth
  • Competitively positioning Global Blue in the market
  • Providing market and business trend insights to the organization

Reporting and collaboration

The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, Sales Support, and Key Account Management teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of account management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English language skills (oral & written)
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
