Area Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Professional Oral Care team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for our oral care products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Support the team through regular field visits and customer interactions
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field, such as health sciences or business administration
- Completed pharmacy representative training
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical products and services industry
- Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in the dental field
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of the oral care market and customer needs
- High travel frequency and adaptability
