Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at GREENFORCE FUTURE FOOD AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the LEH, SEH, VM, and MBU sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including MarktleiterInnen, AbteilungsleiterInnen, and GeschäftsinhaberInnen.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the development of new customers and the expansion of existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the LEH sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Fluent German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
