Area Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Sales Area North team in the Großraum Hamburg region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including schools, builders, architects, and planning offices
- Conduct on-site consultations and provide creative support for designing spaces for children
- Prepare plans and develop proposals for customers
- Collaborate closely with our internal team and conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or technical education with relevant commercial additional qualification or degree in business administration
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the field of kindergarten and school equipment
- Technical understanding of furniture and interior design, as well as spatial imagination and sense of design
- Excellent customer orientation and service mentality, as well as flexibility in terms of time
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP, as well as experience with CAD planning software
