About the Role:

Mühlbauer Parts & Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry, including key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industry and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financials, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
