Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG in Roding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and service personnel, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan and coordinate the assignments of service technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer needs.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, identify customer needs, and develop strategies to sell active service products in conjunction with the after-sales service and sales departments.
Your Profile:
  • Completed technical training in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a service employee or assembly technician, with a strong technical background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with experience in project management and coordination.
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
