About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to lead the development and sourcing process of highly engaging mobile games. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful mobile games and will be responsible for managing the game developers and other teams to ensure that we meet the defined expectations of our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the development and sourcing process of highly engaging mobile games, from ideation to planning, development, and delivery
  • Be the key link between the business team and game developers to ensure that commercial requirements are met
  • Analyze the market and understand current trends and interesting game opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth process for all involved parties by managing and working with people effectively
  • Run A/B and other tests to select the best-performing genre, gameplay, and creatives in collaboration with the UA team
  • Support efforts in working with brand teams to ensure quality and CI guidelines are met
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful mobile games with responsibility for the full production cycle
  • Structured and well-organized to ensure development projects involving multiple stakeholders go smoothly and deadlines are met
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and highly analytical mindset
  • Excellent communicator with good English skills
  • Passionate about work and eager to build up a new venture from scratch
