Product Director, Identity Management

In the Product Management department at Adform, our mission is to develop innovative products that differentiate us from competitors and prepare us for the future. We define our goals and the benefits we create for our clients and Adform, while establishing transparent information sharing about our connected WHY.
We are seeking a Product Director who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment with a high degree of cross-functional and cross-product collaboration. The role is based in Hamburg or Copenhagen.
We are looking for someone who:
- Owns the identity (ID Fusion) and data management platform (DMP) roadmap
- Defines mid to long-term product vision and strategy for the Adform audience offering
- Works with Product Directors and Product Managers on quality assurance of deliverables and scopes along all steps of the Product Development Process
- Prepares deliverables and scopes for development, ensuring formal readiness for prioritization
- Communicates roadmap and business milestone objectives to stakeholders
- Hosts strategic platform roadmap meetings and platform feedback sessions with key stakeholders
- Defines priorities for business milestones within functional areas
- Manages the platform lifecycle, from ideation to deprecation state
- Supports evangelization of Adform platform in relevant channels, e.g., internal events, trade shows, press
- Delivers product/platform-related input to Tier 1 client RFPs
- Acts as a subject matter expert and participates in cross-team work (Development, Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Support, Product Management)
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working in Product Management for at least 2+ years
- Experience with product management tools and practices (e.g., competitor analysis, product landscape mapping, user research)
- General understanding of how to build a roadmap, weighing influencing factors, and prioritization within a company context
- Good knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and the identity landscape
- Hands-on experience with building business cases, product marketing, technology efficiency analysis, pricing strategies, or profitability analysis
- Good knowledge of the interplay of architecture, business needs, and user experience on a product level and within a platform context
- Advanced verbal and written English language skills
