Product Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to join our team at Applike Group GmbH. As a Product Director, you will be responsible for shaping the design of our organization and overseeing the production of our mobile games. You will manage game developers and other teams to ensure that we meet the defined expectations of our brand partners.
Our company is part of the Applike Group ecosystem, which gives us an unfair advantage in the market. We are financially backed by Bertelsmann, ensuring that we have the necessary financial means to win this market.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the development and sourcing process of highly engaging mobile games, from ideation to planning, development, and delivery
- Be the key link between the business team and game developers to create games that meet commercial requirements
- Analyze the market and understand current trends and interesting game opportunities
- Ensure a smooth process for all involved parties by managing and working with people effectively
- Run A/B and other tests to select the best-performing genre, gameplay, and creatives in collaboration with our UA team
- Support our efforts in working with brand teams to ensure quality and CI guidelines are met
- Have a huge impact on the success of the business, enabling you to grow your own career path
- Proven track record of successful mobile games where you were responsible for the full production cycle
- Structured and well-organized to ensure development projects involving multiple stakeholders go as planned and deadlines are met
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and highly analytical mindset
- Excellent communicator and speak very good English
- Passionate about your work and eager to build up a new venture from scratch
