Outpatient Registered Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on chronic/acute hemodialysis.
- Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care's education and training program for new employees.
