This role is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for assigned patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall success of the dialysis program.
Key Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care, including administering medications, performing laboratory collections, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to the development of policies and procedures.
- Assists with training and education of new staff members and participates in ongoing professional development.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Fresenius Medical Care policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
- 100% paid training.
