Regional Marketing Manager

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive business development into our regional customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize Renesas Business: Develop and execute strategies to increase Renesas market share in assigned regions and customer bases.
- Customer Understanding: Gain a detailed understanding of the customer base and Microcontroller Total Available Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) in assigned regions.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop regional go-to-market strategies, prioritize customers, and decide on customer support.
- Demand Creation: Drive demand creation and execute strategies to increase Renesas market share in assigned regions and customer bases.
- Customer Relationships: Secure Renesas relationships with all levels of assigned customers and Account Managers.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new opportunities and apply disciplined Funnel Management both directly and indirectly.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Regional Sales Teams and BU internal to ensure Renesas Microcontrollers are included in all customer programs.
- Forecasting: Ensure accurate customer forecast information is generated for the Renesas Microcontroller Product Portfolio.
- Account Reviews: Hold regular account and business reviews with assigned customers and branch offices to ensure alignment with agreed targets.
- Competitive Analysis: Identify competition behavior in the customer base and execute strategic plans to counter competition.
- Market Feedback: Provide regular feedback on market information, customer status, and business opportunities.
- Reporting: Utilize Renesas tools to ensure required reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in other related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in Microcontroller sales.
- Skills: Sound experience in technology sales, ideally to automotive accounts; self-motivating and taking initiative; good communication and presentation skills; good project management and organization skills; excellent relationship building skills; excellent negotiation and influencing skills; good commercial skills (business acumen); and fluency in English.
