About the Role
Mindspace is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee our operations in Germany. This full-time role is based in either Frankfurt or Düsseldorf and reports directly to the General Manager. The position involves managing the Mindspace locations in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, leading the local team, driving sales, enhancing customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency while facilitating communication with Mindspace headquarters.
Key Responsibilities of a Regional Manager at Mindspace include:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of sales, community, and operations managers.
- Formulate and execute profit-oriented and cost-effective strategies aligned with financial objectives while managing in-house expenditures.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive sales initiatives and implement solutions to enhance business performance.
- Ensure the highest levels of member satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain smooth operations across the Düsseldorf and Frankfurt locations.
- Engage with local community managers and associates to achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all corporate matters between the German market and Mindspace headquarters.
- Monitor budgets, collections, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market performance.
- Collaborate with various headquarters stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to ensure objectives are met.
- Enhance Mindspace's brand through public relations efforts, events, and collaboration with the Marketing department.
Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management and business unit leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Experience in an international environment is advantageous.
- College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and building successful teams.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
