About the Role
As a Technical Service Manager, you'll play a critical part in our customers' success by helping them adopt SAP S/4HANA and achieve their Intelligent Enterprise vision. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and provide expert guidance on SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through S/4HANA architecture, migrations, and operational planning
- Understand customer business goals and challenges to suggest tailored solutions and services
- Identify and position SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to customers
- Design optimal SAP configurations for maximum system performance and availability
- Drive technology discussions, innovations, and serve as a technical escalation point
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German a plus
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a customer-facing role
- Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration, and SAP HANA
- Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies
- Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions
- Expertise in SAP Technologies and Products, with solid knowledge of hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP a plus)
