Job Title: IT Technical Analyst II

At The Sherwin-Williams Company, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional user support, ensuring local and regional IT services meet business expectations, and troubleshooting complex IT issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch user support and ensure that local and regional IT services meet business expectations.
  • Work closely with the IT Service Assurance Manager Central to deliver exceptional IT services.
  • Investigate and resolve complex IT issues, including hardware, software, and system problems.
  • Respond to standard and complex inquiries and complaints, serving as a liaison between IT staff and internal customers.
  • Assist with developing and delivering user training, documentation, and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure service compliance of all IT and service assets, with a focus on end-user devices, desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets.
  • Help implement local and regional procedures and guidelines defined at EMEAI and Corporate levels.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of IT experience.
  • Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Dell experience.
  • ITIL Framework knowledge or certification.
  • Project Management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing complex IT environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows client-based OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred expertise and experience in server OS (Vmware and Microsoft), DBMS (MS SQL Server), and communication networks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
