Support Account Manager

Siemens Digital Logistics GmbH is a leading IT service provider in global supply chain management, offering holistic software and consulting solutions. As a Support Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers as a proactive solution partner and controlling internal processes.
Your Responsibilities- Proactively support customers with solution-oriented approaches and monitor internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with operational framework conditions within the operational phase.
- Manage contractual, planning, and financial aspects of the service business with customers.
- Monitor service performance in terms of budget, quality, and duration, adhering to service level agreements.
- Plan, monitor, and calculate resource capacity independently.
- Apply deep knowledge of Siemens logistics applications to perform customer support case management via web and phone communications.
- Work within a team environment to monitor customer issues, perform triage, troubleshooting, and escalation routing as necessary.
- Provide customer assistance in a professional and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in implementing web applications with strong JavaScript and SQL skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills on enterprise-level applications and EDI knowledge.
- Successful technical or university degree in business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
- Quick comprehension, strong technical understanding, and confident appearance.
- Very good English language skills and ideally German skills.
- Communicative and structured manner, hands-on mentality, and quick comprehension.
- Based in or around Frankenthal or remote in Germany, with 1-2 days of monthly travel.
