Support Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Account Manager to join our team at Siemens Digital Logistics GmbH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing proactive solution partnerships to our customers, controlling internal processes, and ensuring compliance with operational framework conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers as a proactive solution partner and control internal processes
- Independently responsible for compliance with operational framework conditions
- Manage contractual, planning, and financial aspects of service business with customers
- Monitor service performance in terms of budget, quality, and duration, and review service provision
- Plan, monitor, and calculate resource capacity
- Apply deep knowledge of Siemens logistics applications to perform customer support case management via web and phone communications
- Work within a team environment to monitor customer issues, perform triage, troubleshooting, and escalation routing as necessary
- Provide customer assistance in a professional and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures
- Proven work experience in implementing web applications, combined with strong JavaScript and SQL skills
- Strong problem-solving skills on enterprise-level applications and EDI knowledge
- Successful technical or university degree in business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Quick comprehension, strong technical understanding, and confident appearance
- Very good English language skills and ideally German skills
- Communicative and structured manner, hands-on mentality, and quick comprehension
- Ideal location: Frankenthal or remote in Germany, with occasional travel
