Your Tasks
- Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable, including dunning
- Post business transactions, bank, and cash transactions, including preparation of payments
- Process fixed asset accounting
- Complete statistical reports such as Intrastat, Bundesbank
- Process travel expense reports
- Prepare work for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Be an important point of contact for internal and external addressees, such as tax consultants and auditors
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training and ideally subject-specific additional qualifications (e.g., accountant, tax clerk, tax specialist)
- Relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
- Friendly and convincing demeanor, team player
- Fluent in German and good written and spoken English
