Responsibilities
  • Provide general advisory services on statutory interpretation, regulation, and compliance matters.
  • Manage, draft, review, and advise on contracts and agreements, including supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and other legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with the business on day-to-day matters, advising on operational and commercial legal problems.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to support factory operation and sales.
  • Assist in major procurement and project origination from headquarters.
  • Work closely with HR on labor issues, data protection, and competition law areas.
  • Ensure statutory and contractual compliance, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and manage risks for the business.
Qualifications
  • German and/or China qualified with at least three years of law firm or in-house experience.
  • Strong capability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Meticulous, organized, and committed to work.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders globally.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English is imperative.
