ResponsibilitiesGeneral Advisory Work

Provide expert advice on statutory interpretation, regulation, and compliance matters to support the business.

Manage, draft, review, and advise on contracts and agreements, including supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and other legal documentation.

Contract Management

Work closely with the business to advise on operational and commercial legal problems.

Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to support factory operation and sales.

Procurement and Project Origination

Assist in major procurement and project origination from headquarters.

Compliance and Risk Management

Work closely with HR on labor issues, data protection, and competition law areas.

Ensure statutory and contractual compliance and engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Identify and manage risks for the business.

Qualifications

German and/or China qualified with at least three years of law firm or in-house experience.

Strong capability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.

Meticulous, organized, and committed to work.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders globally.

Excellent written and spoken German and English is imperative.
