Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Business Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our European Service Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our service business in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our service revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
