Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our client's technical support team in Europe, based in Germany (preferably in the Bonn or Frankfurt area). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to solar installers, ensuring total customer satisfaction and maximizing the performance of their products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Training and Support: Provide training to distributors and installers of solar systems, either on-site or remotely through webinars.
  • Installation Monitoring: Monitor existing installations via the company's online monitoring portal and identify potential installation issues.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to technical and installation problems of solar installers, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage time effectively and efficiently, carrying out projects and assignments in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements

  • Language: German and English native or fluent.
  • Education: Technical or engineering education in photovoltaic or electric solar.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/technical support, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce Service Cloud, Odoo, or equivalent), good knowledge of computer and web tools, and experience with installation of Internet routers and bridging devices.
