Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Sharp Brains is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Provide IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, and Delete) and break-fix support for laptops, desktops, and connected peripherals
  • Install, administer, and maintain Windows computers used in production lines
  • Administer and maintain videoconference devices and projectors
  • Coordinate with Level 2 RDS and Service Desk teams for ticket resolution
  • Participate in supporting activities such as audit, security, risk, and compliance activities
  • Schedule supported device installation, software, and hardware activity with end-users
  • Resolve incidents at end-users' desks when resolution cannot be achieved by remote support
  • Identify repeated incidents that can be resolved by remote support and revert with KB articles
  • Provide hands-on support for VIP users/devices with high priority

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
