Job Summary:

As an Administrative Coordinator at THQ Nordic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administration. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage various administrative tasks, ensuring that all aspects of office operations are well-organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office administration, including communication, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with our Head Office in Vienna to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on administrative and financial matters.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions.
  • Arrange business trips, company events, and coordinate logistics for team members.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to staff accounting and payroll, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate office supplies and other orders, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Support the creation of funding-related documents, such as proposals and reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and the web.
  • A minimum of a few years of experience in administrative roles.
  • A passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of its operations.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and self-motivation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional language skills, such as Spanish.
  • A strong passion for computer and video games.
