Sales Engineer Pro AV

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Sales Engineer Pro AV, der sich in unserem multinationalen Team einbringen möchte.

Aufgaben

  • Technische Dienstleistungen während des Verkaufsprozesses anbieten, wie z.B. technische Demonstrationen, Support und Beratung.
  • Das Vertriebsteam und Kunden mit technischem Fachwissen und Anwenderfragen in der gesamten DACH-Region unterstützen.
  • Pre-Sales Support durch Vorbereitung und Durchführung von produktbezogenen Workshops und Produktdemonstrationen leisten.
  • Produktmuster für Tests, technische Beratung und Präsentationen koordinieren und aktive Mithilfe bei der Lösung von Integrationsproblemen leisten.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit Drittherstellern, Softwareunternehmen und Lösungspartnern koordinieren und bei Produkteinführungen und Berichterstellung unterstützen.
  • Technische Probleme in der Pre-Sales Phase analysieren und die Produkt- und Lösungsauswahl erleichtern.
  • Das Produktmarketing bei Ausstellungen, Messen, Produktvorführungen und Schulungen unterstützen.
  • Die kontinuierliche technische Kommunikation mit der Fabrik im Sinne der ständigen Produktverbesserung und in Hinblick auf neue Produkte unterstützen.

Voraussetzungen

  • Hochschulabschluss mit technischem Schwerpunkt in der AV- oder IT-Industrie oder gleichwertige Berufsausbildung.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache.
  • Fähigkeit, technisches Grundlagenwissen der Datentechnik und bildgewinnender Systeme anzuwenden, um fundierte Analysen zu erstellen und die Funktionalität der Systeme erklären zu können.
  • Gute kaufmännische, vertriebliche und technische Fähigkeiten.
  • Berufliche Reisebereitschaft.
