German Sales Representative for Logistics Services

We are seeking a highly skilled German Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with German-speaking customers and partners from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Conduct outbound calls to maximize client portfolios and generate profits
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Work effectively as part of a team to develop supportive relationships with colleagues and management
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge and communication skills in German
  • Very good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, as well as internet applications
  • Sales experience on a B2B level
  • Basic mathematical calculations to determine dimensions and recommend freight solutions
  • Knowledge of logistics on an operational level, including overland, seafreight, and airfreight logistics
  • Good problem-solving skills
