Sales Representative for German Market

For our client - a company producing optical fibers and cables used in the telecommunications, military, and construction industries, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of products from the company's offer (optical fibers, cables) for B2B customers
  • Acquiring new customers (active activities in the German market)
  • Preparation of comprehensive commercial offers for customers
  • Holding meetings online and in-person, presentation of company products portfolio
  • Preparing and concluding contracts
  • Customer service (ongoing and after-sales)
  • Taking care of long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Reporting sales activities in accordance with company requirements
  • Building a positive company image
  • Ensuring the implementation of budget plans

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position (preferably in a fiber optic distributor, telecommunications company, or electrical wholesaler)
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering, electromechanical, and telecom topics
  • Ease of establishing contacts and ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Focusing on achieving assumed goals
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Independence and good work organization
  • Driving license (B)
  • Fluency in German and English
