German Customer Service Representative for a Leading IT Company

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers from German-speaking countries, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
- Track and follow cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices and hardware-related issues
- Assist customers with account management and password security
- Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support experts
