We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our German customer experience team as a customer service representative for one of the Big Five IT companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers from German-speaking countries, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices and hardware-related issues
  • Assist customers with account management and password security
  • Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support experts
