Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute lead generation activities to drive business growth
- Update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently meet monthly sales quotas and exceed targets

- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations to expand our reach
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HR solutions

- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
