As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and approach key decision-makers within accounts, discovering qualified opportunities and closing them through targeted outbound campaigns. You'll need to be an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute lead generation activities to drive business growth
  • Update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently meet monthly sales quotas and exceed targets
  • Represent ChooseMyCompany at industry events and conferences
  • Develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations to expand our reach
Requirements
  • Native-level German and fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HR solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
