Lead Sales Strategy and Growth

Freshworks is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing bold sales strategies to boost revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate across teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and track sales activities to stay ahead of trends.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
  • Extensive experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, especially in CRM.
  • Deep knowledge of the DACH market and a strong network of executives.
  • Fluency in German and English, with top-notch communication skills.
