Als Head of Customer Success Management bei voiio GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenbeziehungen, die zu langfristiger Kundenzufriedenheit und Loyalität führen.
Deine Aufgaben- Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenbeziehungen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Strukturen für Kundenmanagement
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Customer Success Management Teams
- CRM-Management und -Optimierung
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Scale-Up-Umfeld im Bereich Customer Success Management/Key Account Management
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Systemen und in der Verhandlung und Entwicklung komplexer B2B-Produkte
- Eine starke analytische Denkweise und hervorragende Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Führen eines kleinen Teams
- Seniorität im Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, auf Entscheidungsebene zu verhandeln und Beziehungen zu pflegen
- Fließendes Deutsch auf C2-Niveau
